The Gym was on Watton Road Ware

Does anyone remember Stay Sharp Gym in Ware Hertfordshire, I trained there in the 90's.

The gym burnt down in 1997-98 It was run at the Time by Greg Sharp and owned

by Mick Sharp, before Greg a chap called Geoff used to run the gym.

Terry bull was the owner before Mick sharp. It was a very well equipped gym and always very busy, I have created this Blog in the hope to find others who used to train in this once popular gym.

After the gym burnt down some of the old equipment made it the Physical limits in Hoddesdon.

Which is now also closed.
